Wedding Venues

Choosing the wedding venue is (I think) the most critical part of the wedding preparation (aside from choosing your partner). Every detail of the wedding will depend on the look, aura and feel of the wedding venue. As for us, we’ve decided to celebrate our wedding in Manila so that our family and friends won’t have a hard time going to the venue. We were able to book our church and reception last 12 March 2013 and 16 February 2013, respectively. We’ve considered the following venues for our reception. (I attached quotations for reference of Bride-To-Be(s). The price may change depending on the suppliers.)

THE PERAGOLA VENUE FOR SPECIAL EVENTS
Date of reply to inquiry: 31 January 2013
Website: www.thepergola.net (visit for details)

Pros:
Price (cheaper than other venues)

Cons:
Location has no view
No amenities
Have to deal with a number of suppliers (caterer, accommodation, bridal car, etc.) which is stressful

Lesser stress (dealing only with few people)
Employees are skilled and well trained (in terms of culinary and serving food)

Location has no view

THE BAYLEAF INTRAMUROS
Date of reply to inquiry: 4 February 2013

  1. Hello dear, thank you so much for this great list of wonderful venues. I wish I could have come across your post earlier when I was searching for best DC wedding venues for my wedding reception. But all in all the venue I hired for my wedding was also awesome.
